HOW IT WORKS

Your gift is tax deductible and could be matched dollar for dollar by your employer. Many employers offer matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions AND volunteer hours for their employees, retirees and/or employees’ spouses. Here's how to get your gift matched:

01 FIND OUT

Search your company below, or contact your HR, Employee Experience, Community Relations, or Benefits department. Track your volunteer hours per your company's requirements.

02 FILL OUT

Complete your company's matching gift forms using the organization information below. Need help? Email fundraising@westlakeband.org and we'll walk you through it.

03 SHOUT OUT

Forward your matching receipt to fundraising@westlakeband.org so we can recognize your contribution and apply it toward your Patron Program level.
