Your gift to the Chap Band is tax deductible and could be matched dollar for dollar by your employer. Many employers offer matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees and/or employees’ spouses.

1.    FIND OUT

To find out if your company has a matching gift program, contact your employer’s human resources department and ask whether your company matches employee donations.

2.    FILL OUT

Print or request your employer’s matching gift form or submit via your workplace intranet.  Fill out the Donor (employee) section.  The Recipient section will be completed by WBP.
